endorepair first performs a precise failure analysis of your TEE and ultrasound probes. In this way, we also detect any defects in the transducer, if necessary. Timely and sustainable repair by our experts saves you from serious damage, loss of quality or even total failure of the transducer.

To have your endoscopy equipment repaired, first register your defective device or probe for collection. We will then order express collection by our parcel service.

Request a loaned device

Do you need a loaned device or a replacement probe for the duration of the repair? We will be happy to send it to you, using express delivery. Delivery takes place within 48 hours throughout Germany!

Incoming check

Within the scope of an incoming check, we inspect your device or probe according to the specifications of the respective manufacturer. Based on this, we prepare a cost estimate for the repair of your endoscopy equipment. This allows you to make a cost-conscious decision.

Cost estimate

The cost estimate by our repair service helps you to correctly estimate the costs for the repair of your endoscopy equipment.

Return of your loaned device

After you have tested your repaired endoscope or ultrasonic probe, please send us a short note to tell us when the loaned device is ready for us to pick-up.

Bypassing repairs and loaned equipment

We help you to minimise your economic downtime. On the one hand, we achieve this through our fast and high-quality repairs of endoscopes. We always have endoscope spare parts for all leading brands in stock. On the other hand, our high-quality loaned equipment, which we are happy to make available to you for the interim period, provides relief in your daily treatment routine.

Even in the case of total economic loss, you are always covered by endorepair. If such a situation occurs, you will receive a purchase or leasing offer for a cost-effective replacement device.

You do not have a repair device at the moment, but still need a bridging device?

You are welcome to rent flexible endoscopes or ultrasonic probes from us for a longer period!

In our pool of rental equipment, with a total of more than 400 devices for you to rent, you are sure to find the one that suits you the most.

Request a loaner device

  • Same-day dispatch if the repair is requested by 3.00 p.m.
  • Germany-wide delivery by 12:00 noon.
  • On request, we offer express delivery by 09:00 hrs at the latest, subject to a charge.

Our training offers

Damage to flexible endoscopes causes considerable costs and is often avoidable if the device is handled correctly and processed carefully.

We at endorepair attach great importance to the prevention of damage. This is why we offer training courses concerning proper and careful handling, as well as the proper transport and storage of flexible endoscopes. If you wish, our training courses can either take place directly on your premises or in our training rooms in Weßling, near Munich.

Your endoscopy device is defective? Use our contact form to send us information in advance about the referring endoscope model and the type of defect. Please add a possible collection date for the defective endoscope so that we can prepare the collection of the device as quickly as possible.

Your loaner device request

You need a loaner device to bridge your endoscope repair? Simply fill out our contact form and we will happily send you a replacement device of your choice! Simply let us know the brand you require. The shipment of your loaner device will be initiated by us as soon as possible.

Returning your loan device​
